Doesn't work, doesn't articulate the way you want in terms of height, even adjusted to the minimum it's too high (limited by the screw), the arm is too long and takes up too much space.
Difficult to handle, too rigid even when the screws are loosened.
Very disappointed with the product, which is of absolutely no use to me.
The product is not bad, but the settings and instructions are a little inadequate.
Used on a screen not too heavy
I hesitated for a long time between several models at different prices and finally decided that for my first try with this type of equipment, I'd go for a cheap one and see what happens.
I installed my second screen, which is a 21.5" (so quite light) on my right and frankly it's cool. I did need to make a few adjustments at the beginning, particularly with the system that attaches to the board, as my board is a kitchen worktop and quite thick.
You need to take the time to adjust the resistance of the joints using the Allen key supplied. Rotating the screen (putting it in portrait mode for example) is quite hard (very tight at the start). I was afraid I'd break it if I forced it, but it ended up moving. So a bit of caution but also a bit of firmness and a bit of judgement to understand "which screw" acts on "which joint" and overall it does the job.
Once correctly positioned, I didn't need to move it, so I don't know what it's worth in 'articulated' mode, but with a light screen like mine I think it can do the job.
Be careful though: my desk is placed in front of a wall and although it works, I still had to move it several times so that the wall didn't get in the way of the articulated arm.
I'm very happy with my purchase for what it's used for, i.e. a second screen that's small and not great, but practical all the same, which I can now use at eye level. I also now have more space on my desk, which was also one of my motivations for making this purchase.

I was looking for a screen so that I could work from home and it needed to be on an arm to attach it to my desk.
I found this arm and I'm very happy with the choice, it comes with the tools to mount it, so it's a very nice surprise for those who don't have tools, they're in the box and everything is tidy and easy to install.
I'm pleasantly surprised by the good quality of this product.
