Good product until the microphone failed, I haven't found a replacement microphone as a spare part from logitech, I find the lifespan particularly short for a product of this price.
I bought this mask in March 2021.
Quite happy with the sound quality and comfort.
Unfortunately, in terms of regrets:
Using the headset requires the installation of Logitech G Hub which is quite buggy. Regular blocking of the PC!
Works with a specific dongle that plugs into the USB port which is fragile (see point below).
Repairability: My dongle is broken but the headset is still under warranty. I am contacting support to see how to replace the dongle (even if I have to pay). No solution for this product. A real shame in this day and age!
I received the headset on time. Works perfectly on PC and PS5 for me. Very good audio quality. Small adjustment to be made on the microphone for the sound to be even better quality. Very good autonomy (I have not yet recharged it since I received it...). I highly recommend it! Thanks for Deathloop hehe!
I don't care about the game, but the headset is very good, light, the sound is good, the mic is good (a bit longer would have been perfect).
You lose some stability in the sound between walls but it's really at like 20m or on very thick walls).
The sound is very good, it is comfortable, and the range is very nice (I walk around with it in 60m2 without worrying despite the walls). Its weak point is GHub which crashes sometimes.
I'm not sure why the microphone is so low quality for such a price, but my previous headset which was much cheaper had a better quality microphone.
Good quality, elegant, LONG lasting battery even though I have it on all the time. I may have a doubt about the microphone because unplugging and plugging it in could end up weakening it but otherwise, NIKEL!
Hello, the headset is very nice ! But I have a problem with the right speaker (sizzling always present even with the sound off, like an interference) !

The headset itself is pretty good but the microphone is very very bad.
For the price, very disappointed with Logitech!
Excellent wireless headset, with a microphone that is actually very very good (I had a little doubt while watching youtube videos) but honestly go for it. It's a good idea to have a Logitech set up and it sounds great with a very accurate sound like COD games. In any case I don't regret it!
I recommend this headset which is pleasant to wear. The autonomy is sufficient to use it a good day. The microphone is of good quality, but there are still some adjustments to be made in the software.

The headphones are comfortable, the sound is good, and LDLC offers some great tools.
The only small flaw for me would be the sound isolation: you can easily hear the sounds around and conversely the sound of the headset can be heard quite badly outside.
But otherwise I am very satisfied with the product.
Good quality in games and discussions. Good range because I can change rooms and floors without losing the connection (plus 10m).
First of all, these headphones have a superb sound quality, there are no wires so you feel free to move around, they are light and very solid, and have a foam that resists the test of time and heat.
However, there is one detail that absolutely ruins it. This headset is locked to 7.1, which means that if you're playing a game that doesn't support 7.1 (more than you'd think), you're going to suffer the wrath of numerous audio bugs. For example, voices that cut out when you turn your head in the game, or voices that are so low they are inaudible; or undetected sound effects that make your character and many others extremely quiet.
This will push you to either change your headset, or to have to spend hours tinkering with your PC, to correct these sound bugs.
In conclusion, this headset could have been excellent if Logitech had given the possibility to change the 7.1
The headset comes in different colours with a custom strap, it also has a soft rgb which makes the headset stylish, the sound is great but it's not as good as headphones for just listening to music but it's great for gaming (which it was made for). The design is nice and the mic, although discreet is perfect to be heard without too much trouble, I recommend :)
The sound of this headset is really beautiful and the most fussy can easily modify the equalizer via G Hub.
Contrary to some of the reviews I've read, I think the 7.1 localization sounds great! The in-game sound is great, although I would recommend reducing the front sound when playing FPS.
The headset charges very quickly and lasts a long time. I don't have any feedback on the battery life yet though, as I've only had it a few weeks.
The microphone is fine even without blue voice (some tweaking in the settings will improve the sound).
The only drawback is that I press the "on-off" button every time I put on/off the headset...

I received this headset very quickly and well packaged (at the same time it's LDLC! we all know their qualities) Headset totally conforms to its description, light, excellent audio quality. You can go with your eyes closed. I'm a web radio host and I only use gamer headsets and this one is just right for me, I can't believe the quality of the microphone!
Very good product, good value for money, I am not disappointed with my purchase, I recommend this helmet!
