        Very good helmet

Incredible sound which accompanied very good evening of play however after 3 years of merry and loyal service it left me in the hands, but I advise it

        Very good surround sound headphones

I'm switching from €30 AKG studio wired headphones to these wired headphones (I like wires).
The sound is just as good, if not better (as far as my hearing goes), the surround effect is good, but it really depends on the games/movies you feed the headphones.
The cable is very long, but you do have to connect it to some sort of intermediate controller, allowing you to mix sound and chat (dispensable).
It's quite pleasant to wear, but a bit heavy and tends to press on the ears after several hours (I'm wearing thin glasses).
Finally, the design is interesting, although it's already been updated on more recent models, although it's a shame that some strategic areas for the life of the headphones have been (deliberately) made of plastic rather than metal...
So it remains to be seen in the long term, but for the moment I'm happy with it.

        Very good

Very comfortable on the head and no pain in the ears even after several hours of gaming/video.

Lacks a bit of bass (very slight crackling but you can ignore it).

        Good helmet but not solid

After having used this headset very regularly at author of 6 to 7h part day during a period of 1 years and 3 months, I can say to you that it is of very good quality level sound, rather comfortable on the other hand the clip of the ear-phones is really fragile. It broke simply by removing it at the level of the attachment of this one and seen that this kind of breakage is not taken into account in the guarantee, its expensive paid for a helmet irrecoverable. I have not had any complaints so far.

Conclusion: If you are looking for a good quality headset to use reasonably it should do the trick but if you are looking for a long term headset it will probably not last the distance not because of the false contact or the earpiece that doesn't work anymore but because of its structure that doesn't age very well.

        Very good helmet

It's a very good headset, if not the best I've tested and used.

It's very comfortable even after a whole day of gaming, very pleasant to wear.
I use it on a mixamp astro, the audio is just sublime, very good spatialization, bass and treble, the microphone is clean no crackling.

The only downside is the 2nd one I ordered, the 1st one will have lasted 3 years in intensive use :p (hundreds of hours of play, see 1000h minimum)

        I recommend it.

        Good sound but microphone defect

First of all I appreciate the comfort of the headset as well as the software to set it up.
The sound is of a very good quality however I had the surprise to see that when the microphone is cut, the PC is able to pick up some sound (very muffled) but the sound passes while the leds of the headset change colour (which proves that the headset is well in position "mute").
So impossible to rely on the mute of the microphone.
I thought it was an isolated problem, but this is the 3rd headset (new each time exchanged by the SAV) where I detect the anomaly and where the SAV also detects the anomaly.
The microphone also has a tendency to bounce the audio output, which causes an echo effect.
If you want to use it with Teamspeak and listen to music, you'll have to pass.

Very good helmet... Be careful when putting it on

Very good headphones in terms of sound...But then to set it up, it's not for novices like me..... It's a shame in 2019 to have to look for tutorials on youtube to be able to install a plug and play headphone

        The helmet avoided

I have been using the headphones extensively for the last 6 months. I would not recommend this helmet or this brand.
-The plastic is of poor quality, it is very fragile, it can break at any time.
-The sound is good but nothing more, there is better for less than 50€...
-The comfort is not there for the big heads, it is not forgotten and can be painful for the ears.
-The DTS and 7.1 is useless as on many other headphones, it's all marketing hype. It doesn't offer "total immersion in the action by offering incredibly accurate positional cues", it's even the opposite, you have to turn it off to get better spatialization, especially in multiplayer FPS.

The only positive point for me is its microphone which is good.

In conclusion, after 6 months of use it is a purely marketing product, its "premium style" is there to make us look good. If you are looking for a good price/quality ratio, audio performance, reliability and durability, you'll have to go elsewhere, there are better products for less money!

        OMG

The headset is a top of the line gamer headset, the cushions are just too comfortable, the double headband is very well thought out, I don't need to take the microphone out because it picks up the voice very well and that without a microphone boost or anything else and to finish RBG.

        I highly recommend it!

        Not disappointed at all!

Honestly, the sound is excellent, the mic is clean, the led on mirco is just great to have a visual cue of active / not active :D

Everything is customizable via the steelEngine 3 software and there is another software to install to manage the surround. it's fast, it's cool and the quality is great ^^

The headset also has a premium look and is easy to adjust, very comfortable to wear :)
