Does the job I ask it to do

I have nothing to complain about. Good quality of service, impeccable delivery and the product is exactly what I ordered.
Very good value for money, for not too greedy games on PC. Fast LDLC delivery as always. All good.
Problem-free installation. Works perfectly. Gamers probably won't find it to their liking, but as the host PC isn't designed for gaming, it's perfect.
Order for a desktop computer. Everything went well, but I had to update the BIOS (on the advice of LDLC's technical service), as the one supplied on the motherboard was incompatible with the processor, and boot would not launch. It worked perfectly with an M2 SSD, an ATX case, a 650W power supply and 16GB of memory.
The LDLC site states that this card cannot do 4K or even UHD. This is incorrect. It can do 4K.
As for the rest, it's a good little card that doesn't consume too much power (30W), so it doesn't need a fan, and it complies with the HDMI 2.0 standard, so you can do 3840x2160 60Hz in 8-bit RGB or 4:4:4.
Under ubuntu the card works fine but beware hardware acceleration does not work in browsers that do not support it.
So forget youtube in 4k...
I was looking for a graphics card that could run my Dell 38" monitor at 3840x1600 pix. This asus does the job perfectly, as I don't play games or edit videos.
It works under Ubuntu 20.04 with the proprietary nvidia-driver-450.
And also perfectly under Win 10.
Not very expensive, fanless and fast delivery. What do the people want?
Perfect and fast delivery.
Product conforms.
I have just installed it. I have not yet been able to test the performance.
Absolutely silent (fanless), low power consumption, impeccable delivery. Boosts the display of an old PC.
I bought this card to replace an nvs 310 that was fansink and I opted for this fanless. It benefits from a low profile format and above all a low profile braket to fit into an sff case.
I also opted for this model because in addition to the advantages mentioned above, it is fanless, i.e. it does not have a fan that becomes noisy when the card is used. That said, as it is not a gamer computer, it is enough.
I also chose this model because of its outputs, unlike its competitors of the same range and serial, it provides 1 dvi port and 1 hdmi port while the nvs 310 had two displayport.
An economical graphics card in every respect that will run all games provided you have a decent processor of course and secondly you don't pull too much on the graphics options.
Product as described. Perfect for my old PC (9 years old), used for office, internet and simple video games.
The plus, the silence.
I wanted to upgrade my 2012 PC which only had a GTS 450.
This GT 1030 is very good. Not to be an extreme gamer but to have a better support of recent technos...
Notably on multimedia and graphics software. And Fanless is quiet... I recommend it.
As a replacement for a GT 740.
As you might expect, it's not a card for displaying the latest games in 4K, but it can still play Halo Wars 2.
For office work and DVDs on a 24" screen in 1920x1080 it is more than enough.
No need for an additional power supply, I just had to place it on the PCIe bracket of the motherboard, taking care before touching it to put my hand on the chassis of my PC beforehand to avoid static electricity discharges.
I put it in a HTPC to have 60hz display on 4K (HDMI 2.0) and it works. It decodes the X265 UHD 4K in a very smooth way (LAV codec under Médiaportal). No fan, it's perfect.
It's a shame that cheaper cards don't offer this.
The half-height bracket is included.
Another HDMI or Display Port would have been better than the DVI.
No comment, it says it all in the title. Practical, robust, universal. And without a fan....
With an i5-4590 16gb ram and with this graphics card
The Evil Within 2 in full works very well, faster internet and office. I wanted a quiet computer so I chose the model without fan, I am satisfied, it fills its role well.
No fan, so no noise and it's fast enough for office and web use.
See you in a decade for the rest.
Installed on a Qnap TS-873 NAS it does its job very well. I use my NAS as a NAS, not as a gas factory.
After reading the tests, it has better cooling than the fan version. Surprising but it is a fact. As I wanted a quiet machine, I opted for this card. No regrets.
I recommend it unconditionally.
Card purchased to upgrade a 2012 HP tower.
My very temperamental motherboard (IPISB-CH2 Chicago) refused the installation of this recent product (Thanks HP). I returned it to LDLC (fast and efficient procedure).
To be sure it was a motherboard incompatibility, I tried it on a 2008 PC and I could measure the performance gain.
It's a good idea to upgrade an old configuration not intended for high-end gaming to DX12 compliance.
If like me you have an intel 530 graphics chipset built into your processor then this basic card is worthless.
Better to invest in a big graphics card or stay with the intel chip integrated graphics, personally I have seen no difference in display quality and speed, as well as in details on games like sim city 5, battle for middle earth II, and those kind of games which are certainly not very advanced
