Add an RS232 serial port to a laptop or desktop computer, using a USB-A port
Designed by StarTech.com, this USB-to-serial adapter allows you to add a DB/DE-9 (male) serial RS-232 connector to a desktop or laptop computer via a USB Type-A port. Attach the adapter to a serial device using the pre-installed, removable DB-9 nuts or install the included D-Sub knurled screws to ensure compatibility with other serial devices or cables.
