Advice with the online tool was excellent, and the parcel was packed and sent in very good condition.
The box itself weighs a DEAD ass, but it's extremely pleasant to work on. I love it.
As for Corsair's after-sales service, I have one reservation.
I have a mini defect on my case at the level of one of the clips of the high frontage, and this one does not "clip" any more correctly.
It's nothing serious, but as the part in question can obviously be dismantled with 2 clearly visible cruciforms, I asked the after-sales service to look into replacing just the part in question.
Answer 2 weeks later: No. IN REVANCHE, if you send us proof that you have DESTROYED the box and that it will no longer be in usable condition, we'll send you another one free of charge.
We're talking about crushing a brand new 15kg box for a 3gram piece of scrap metal. Incomprehensible in this age of ecology and recycling.
TLDR: Very good advice from LDLC, the boitié is a big (literally) nugget with all the ergonomics in the world to make your home build, I loved assembling it, but Corsair's after-sales service is not necessarily up to scratch.
