Excellent monitor, ready for the future
Firstly, the cardboard is of good quality and the screen and its accessories are well packaged, the screen is well protected by a plastic film, 0 micro scratches everything goes well on this side there.
The overall quality seems very good, the design is rather sober and effective, there is a little RGB but discreet and effective, passive cooling = 0 noise is perfect.
Having tested the first OLED models available in 2023, I was a little disappointed by their low brightness... well with this latest MSI MPG 271QRX QD OLED it's perfect, I don't need to set the brightness to 100%, I leave it at around 80% although I'm rather demanding at this level.
It's a rather glossy panel, so it looks great, and even with the brightness in the room it's very good, you just don't want to have a 'concentrated' source like a beam for example, pointed directly at the screen (at the same time who would do that).
The colours and contrast are excellent (thanks to OLED), the motion clarity is top-notch due to the responsiveness of the panel and what can I say about the 360 Hz rate... I can't wait to get the most out of it in the games I play with future IT developments.
What can I say about the 3 year MSI warranty against "good in", it's very good and reassuring, it's a monitor that I'm going to keep for a long time.
If you have the opportunity, I recommend it! Finally a quality oled monitor.
