The exceptional capabilities of the Saturn 3 Ultra and the new Elegoo ACF films make it possible to print at 150 mm/h using Elegoo Fast resins. This 3 times higher speed will significantly increase your production output. With the Saturn 3 Ultra, you'll be able to give free rein to your imagination thanks to its comfortable printing dimensions of 218.88 x 122.88 x 260 mm. The Elegoo Saturn 3 Ultra 's monochrome screen is fitted with replaceable protective glass with a hardness of 9H. This extends the life of the screen, makes it easier to clean and prevents the ingress of resin or any other liquid that could cause deterioration. TheElegoo Saturn 3 Ultra is equipped with improved COB refraction technology, which provides uniform UV light across the entire printing surface. As a result, your models will have exceptional precision and a very smooth surface finish.
Levelling system, excellent adhesion and heat dissipation
The Z-axis linear rail guide and its ball-screw structure ensure stable movement and high sharpness. As a result, the models have fewer layering defects and are more delicate, even at a speed of 150 mm/h.
TheElegoo Saturn 3 Ultra is equipped with a levelling system. Its 4 levelling points with hand screws are designed to eliminate the need to re-level every time you print. To perfect your prints, the Saturn 3 Ultra offers excellent adhesion. With its laser-engraved surface, the printing plate offers a very high level of adhesion and makes it easy to remove parts once printing is complete.
For efficient heat dissipation, the Saturn 3 Ultra is equipped with a large fan with highly heat-conductive copper tubes. These are positioned close to the COB light source. They increase the machine's cooling performance and extend its lifespan.
