This item is exactly what I expected. I've had it for several months now and have never had any problems with it.
Compliant product that works perfectly well. Very airy desk. Easy assembly and perfect ergonomics.
The product is quite complete, with different types of desk mounting and adaptable to all desk thicknesses. It's also easy to assemble and even if I had to position the screen and calibrate it on my own, it was relatively easy.
I'm taking away one star because it was sold to me as being suitable for a 32" screen but unfortunately I think that to take full advantage of it a 30" screen max would be more suitable. because as you can see from the image, it's impossible to turn the screen vertically.
In summary, this is a good product that could be improved or sold for a smaller screen range.
I've waited to use it properly before writing this review and frankly, even after 3 months, it's still just as good - I'm even hesitating to get another one (it's even pre-lubricated to prevent squeaking). So if, like me, you want to get a screen arm without breaking the bank, frankly, you can go ahead (after all, if you've got the budget, it's still better to get a higher quality arm).
Easy to fit and inexpensive, the kit is complete and appears to be of high quality.
Several assembly options (clamping on 2 thickness ranges, screwed solution).
Easy to assemble and dismantle, and stable once installed.
Foot tested on a 24" screen, so far from the maximum 9 kg claimed, removed immediately
The upper arm is made of folded sheet metal that's far too thin, so it twists when the screen is turned on its side.
The screen tilt adjustment is almost unusable because it's just a clamp between 2 plastic parts (no spring to compensate for the weight of the screen).
The link between the upper arm and the screen mount is made of plastic and doesn't seem strong enough.
Only the height adjustment and rotation between the desk mount and the 2 arms are correct.
I had bought 2 of them, with the 10% discount this weekend, so I lost €72, as the products are "no returns or exchanges".
It's better to buy an old, well-made stand that's been in use for several years. The movements caused by the play in my old stand are much less than those caused by the lack of strength of this one.
