What else is there to put on it other than a single star, 2 times out of order on unpacking.
2 exchanges, 2 breakdowns on unpacking and perceived quality well below what I've experienced with HP before.
We've had the same model since October and it's working, but that's scary for the future :-/
All the more so as the after-sales service is managed directly by the manufacturer, with the exception of breakdowns on unpacking, which are a real pain to contact.
