After about 20 B&W printings (using the black cartridge!), the printer has no more ink and refuses to print because the Magenta is empty. AND IF I WANT TO DO WHAT I WANT TO DO, WHAT DO I DO? Am I allowed to print in black? Am I allowed to print without Magenta? Isn't that dangerous? So why don't we let people do what they want? Why not let them print ???? It's a shame on the ecology, it's a shame on the economy, it's a shame!
I have received my order on time despite a small "mishap" by TNT, which did not deliver my order to my home but to a relay point.
I have to say that the customer service was very responsive and gave me a credit note for the shipping costs.
The printer is easy to set up and does its job. It's a change from my previous one, a Brother, which I had to keep for more than 10 years... !
I was hoping with epson to have something reliable..... it's missed.
The first printer: after 3 or 4 days, it jams 3 times out of 4 when printing on the back. contact epson after-sales service, which offers me a repair service at an approved centre. problem: the nearest one is 2 hours away from my home.
I asked for a coupon for shipping, and in the end they sent me back to LDLC for the service, which was perfect, thanks again to them.
I've been using it for a while now, but it's not a good idea to send it back to LDLC for a new one.

I have obviously updated the firmware, installed, reinstalled, reinstalled the drivers and still have the problem. in short, this printer is a disaster as soon as you get out of the "I just need to print a page" mode
I'm not sure if it's possible to exchange it for another printer of another brand (like I'm sending it back to you (again), creating a credit note and ordering another one, adding the price if necessary of course)? and as I said, thank you again for your reactivity for the exchange of the first one
