    I received the product in good condition but it was used eight times before the charger completely gave up the ghost and to top it all the charger for this style of pc is not available separately, you have to send the whole pc back with a risk of having to send it back "out of the factory", I do not recommend this computer fortunately it is under guarantee but when you are on holiday at the other end of France it is impossible to send it back quickly.
