The Noctua NA-IS1-14 chromax.black Sx2 kit consists of two 5 mm thick air intake spacers that fit on the air intake side and are designed for Noctua 140 x 25 mm fans. These spacers improve suction performance and acoustics.

Spacer kit for Noctua 140 mm fans
The Noctua NA-IS1-14 chromax.black Sx2 kit consists of two 5 mm thick air intake spacers to be installed on the air intake side and designed for Noctua 140 x 25 mm fans. These spacers improve performance and acoustics in suction or 'pull' configurations where the airflow encounters obstacles such as grilles, perforated panels, meshes, filters or radiators.
By moving the fan away from the obstacle, the NA-IS1 chromax.black inlet spacer reduces turbulence at the inlet, which, depending on the fan model and application, can not only improve airflow but also significantly reduce overall noise levels and make noise emissions more pleasant to the ear. Designed to replace the NA-AVP1 anti-vibration silencers fitted as standard on fans, the NA-IS1-14 chromax.black are compatible with all current Noctua 140 x 25mm square fans.
