HDMI not working on Windows 11

Tried on ASUS Windows 11 laptop purchased from LDLC, USB ports and network card work. The HDMI is not recognised, a driver seems to be missing in the control panel. Windows can't find it and D-LINK don't provide a driver for this product on their website. This is expensive for a USB hub with Ethernet.
