Impossible to recharge the IpadMini at the same time via the USC-C port. So while watching a film on the big screen, we had to take breaks to recharge the IpadMini.
I've been using it regularly, although not every day, for the last 1 year, with a power supply + HDMI + Ethernet. And it works really well!
It does heat up, but it does so reasonably.
It's 'small' and slips easily into a bag, so it's ultra-practical!
Bought an HP Laptop 17-cn0558nf and gave it an Ethernet port first, then increased the number of USB ports, as well as an SD card reader, which is also sorely lacking on this laptop. The HDMI doesn't work, and as soon as I add the Ethernet port, OuinOuoin 11 crashes: blue screen with a supposed error on OuinOuin 10 (look for the error), reboot... Several tests carried out at the LDLC shop in Villeneuve d'Ascq (59). They had fewer problems, but it still crashed. First solution found: add a USB-c / USB connector and don't use the PC's USB-c port.
At their place it seemed to work. Back home, same crash. Give it a try to be sure!
On my third visit to the V2 shop in 24 hours, the team took the whole thing back without any discussion. Four different people passed on information and looked for solutions. Top staff. I'd like to thank them. I won't hesitate to buy from them again.
As described.
It heats up as mentioned in other reviews but for the moment this heat has not damaged the product. To be seen over time!
It's my second, because it's really practical: it's very small, with all the ports I need.
Only negative point: it heats up a lot.
