A smooth experience.

I ordered a full configuration from the site, and frankly it was a great sales experience.
I had several items with delivery times of over 15 days. I was able to get information on the status of these compos easily and most importantly, reliable info.
I also did my diva and asked to change GPUs when they released the 4070ti oc, instead of the 4080oc. No worries, everything was very simple.
The prices are quite honest, I looked a lot and on my bill, I could have saved maybe 200 euros, but by receiving everything from left and right, I didn't want to. This was a one-shot deal, I loaded everything into my car at once and it was ideal.
The contact with the customer service is top notch, and the principle of the configurator which only offers compatible composites is really good for people with little computer knowledge like me.
In short, it was top notch.
Thanks to all the LDLC team, it's true that they know, even if I don't know who Eldé is either...
I will come back anyway, but not right away, I hope my configuration will last a few years ^^
