I'm withdrawing one star, because on first start-up the card wouldn't recognise SSD drives. I was helped by LDLC Blois who were not surprised and loaded a special driver. There is no specification in the doc. Now everything works normally. Thanks to LDLC which is worth 5 stars. As for Asus it's 3 stars for lack of information.
I'm not sure what to say about the card itself (except that it's expensive), but the software provided by Asus is a real drain, so I'm taking 1 star off the software side.
