Card stops working after 3 months and I am refused the guarantee!

I assembled my setup myself by carefully fitting the processor into the motherboard, both were new.
The application of the thermal paste was done afterwards, correctly, and the processor was never removed by me.

I took my tower to a shop to have them confirm that the motherboard is defective.
They did some manipulations, like removing the processor to test it on another machine.
    Conclusion: the motherboard is defective.

Then they took pictures and sent them to the customer service.

On the pictures there are drops of thermal paste on the socket...but it's not me who did that.
So they refuse to give me a warranty...

I am waiting for a gesture from you, it is not normal to consider so little a faithful customer without history for 10 years with you.
