The Fox Spirit Cold Snap VT120 A-RGB V2 is very quiet and the RGB looks great in my case.
The fan sticker wasn't very straight, and when it rotates it's very disturbing, you'd have thought it was going to blow up. All the same, it's still a very good venti rad.
