Not too blinged out for pure Chinese material
When unpacked, the product has a rather nice finish in the sobriety of "serious hardware".
It even comes with a USB cable, which is rare
The installation on Windows 10 is very simple even if I preferred to adjust the network settings myself for security reasons.
After a few weeks of use :
- The printer works well for regular office work. It is fast and the duplexing is easy to use and works well.
- I have not been able to figure out how to print envelopes without them coming out crumpled and/or crooked. The small size guide is clearly a bit too weak. I have to say that I'm very pleased with the quality of the toner and the quality of the paper.
- The original toner delivered and described as a starter kit worked for 3 weeks and 1200 prints (luck?) But I regret that at LDLC, you can't find a high capacity toner at a reasonable price (TL410X 6000 pages).
As I am more and more annoyed with the big brands, especially HP, I think this was a good choice among many others
