it would be great if the usb wasn't a mess

I've been using it for a while now and it's not too expensive, but I've had recurring problems with the usb ports... after 1 month of use, my mouse and keyboard which are wired to the usb ports are sometimes unusable! I'd say about 20% of the time, there are very high latencies which block the mouse and keyboard, changing the port only solves the problem temporarily, and it starts again a few minutes later. Tried with 3 pc's and 2 keyboards, same problem.
