HPE Networking CX 6000: Reliable, simple and secure access
The HPE Networking CX 6000 is a modern range of access switches that are the ideal answer for branch offices, mid-sized businesses and SMB networks. Designed for reliable, simple and secure access, HPE Networking CX 6000 switches provide a convenient wired access solution for enterprise networks that support cloud, mobile and IoT applications. Prepare your network for tomorrow's demands with a powerful HPE Networking ASIC architecture and programmable AOS-CX operating system, used across the HPE Networking CX portfolio to deliver a more efficient and consistent operator experience. With robust QoS, support for static routing and IPv6, the HPE Networking CX 6000 range also simplifies ownership with no software licensing requirements for devices.
The HPE Networking 6000 12G Class4 PoE 2G/2SFP 139W switch (R8N89A) offers 12 Gigabit 10/100/1000Mbps PoE+ ports with two 1GbE RJ45/SFP uplinks and a PoE budget of 139W. This gives you up to 30W of PoE power for your Class 4 PoE devices such as access points, surveillance cameras and VoIP phones.
Simplified management and configuration
- The HPE Networking CX 6000 range of switches offers Gigabit connectivity with high-speed uplinks. Use of the HPE Networking AOS-CX operating system across all HPE Networking CX switching platforms and deployment domains. Fully managed enterprise-class switches provide Layer 2 functionality with support for static routing, ACLs, robust QoS and traffic prioritisation.
- The HPE Networking CX 6000 switch range is designed with HPE Networking ASICS architecture, which offers ultra-low latency, increased packet buffering and adaptive power consumption. Two to four integrated 1GbE uplinks eliminate bottlenecks.
- The HPE Networking CX 6000 switch family offers the flexibility to manage and simplify configurations with HPE Networking NetEdit, an easy-to-use Web-based graphical user interface and industry-standard CLI. HPE Networking NetEdit features automation that enables rapid network-wide changes and verifies policy compliance after network updates.
