Very satisfied with this product which is easy to install and efficient. The price was very correct on this site. Thank you LDLC
They delivered it to me without checking the fan, so it was unusable for the first and last time I ordered from you.
The person says it's not rgb, which is normal since he took the non-rgb version. Next time, make the right order and stop talking nonsense.
I have received and installed the watercooling, I notice on the armoury crate software that the pump's rpm goes from 800 to 2800 RPM. However when I raise the slider to have a pump at 2800 RPM, the latter does not exceed 1700 RPM, which is problematic... After contacting Asus, they tell me that this is a recurring failure...but that as long as the product is under the 2 year warranty, it is up to the retailer to take care of the after sales service... LDLC is out of stock on this product...what to do?
If by then, the situation is unblocked, I will update my comment and my score, but for now between the defective product and the ping pong of the manufacturer / dealer, I put a score of 3/10
I'll be back in a few days.
This Watercooling is rather expensive but at first sight after unboxing, it is of quality with good materials, but be careful if you want to buy it. The Noctua fans supplied with it are not RGB while the fan control box supports RGB, so you have to plan to buy replacement RGB fans separately to take advantage of it, also, when assembling my PC the micro USB connector to connect the pump to the controller got bent. I can't try if the watercooling works yet as I don't have all the parts for my PC to start it, but I might have to ask to have the connector changed. And last but not least, it's a bit strange to connect the pump to the USB 2.0 socket on the motherboard, where it would have made sense to put it on the CPU fan socket as is the case with ordinary CPU coolers
