Well advised by LDLC, corresponds exactly to my expectations, Windows 11 and my games on this new disk, and it finally runs at full speed
Good material, even if it is a bit expensive in this inflationary environment, but the PC runs smoothly.
I took a 2TB to support my Samsung 980 Pro 512GB (which takes the OS and games / apps) on the storage part and I have not much to say, except that the picture is not contractual: in real life the chips are bare (there is no blue label WD).
Speeds under Crystal Disk Mark, measured on the M.2 - PCI-E 3.0 4x + SATA 6 Gb/s port of an ASUS PRIME B550-PLUS (the PCI-E 4.0 port being already taken by the 980 Pro) 5 tests, 1GiB :
Read / Write
SEQ1M Q8T1: 3252 / 3167 MB/s
SEQ1M Q1T1: 2868 / 2880 MB/s
RND4K Q8T1: 2682 / 2699 MB/s
RND4K Q1T1: 69 / 198 MB/s
We are slightly below the read performance, but slightly above the write performance... Not dishonest...
