BE CAREFUL to check the package upon receipt and the operation of the device in the wake AND in case of problems, contact LDLC within 72 hours!
For the record:
I have to say that I am very pleased with the quality of the product and the service I received. Received in LDLC shop, packaging intact => Package not unwrapped (Christmas gift) and TV not tested within 72 hours ... The TV was not functional when I unpacked it and started it up on 25/12, problem with the screen => impossible to use!
After contacting LDLC: the first message = we can't do anything for you, you had to test the TV within 72 hours of delivery ... Great, but it is not done to use a gift before offering it!
Fortunately, LDLC agreed to replace the non-functional TV set on an exceptional basis. The delivery of the new product, perfectly functional this time, was done quickly and smoothly, directly to the person concerned => tested within 72 hours ...
So one star less for the cold shower of the 1st message from the LDLC after sales service, but after agreement, nothing to say about the quality of service.
