Intel Core 10th Generation processor

High performance in games, virtual reality without slowing down, intensive multitasking, the 10th generation Intel Core processors are ultra versatile and at ease in all situations. Intel Comet Lake-S processors deliver dazzling performance with high base frequencies, even more cores and threads, and a high-level cache. Their moderate TDPs allow them to offer high operating frequencies while keeping power consumption under control.

Information provided by our tech department PCI-Express 4.0 connectivity is only available with 11th generation processors. The M.2 PCIe 4.0 x4 slot is disabled when using a 10th generation processor.

    Functional

For my configuration, this CM is perfect. Configuration via the bios is really simple.
However, I wasn't able to use one of the NVME ports, the one with the passive cooler, because the nvme disk I chose wasn't recognised, despite an up-to-date bios. Fortunately, I was able to connect it to the 2nd port.
However, I'm taking off one star for this reason.
below, the rest of my configuration:
    - TEXTORM 16GB (2X 8GB) DDR4 3200 MHZ CL16
    - FOX SPIRIT GT-650P V2 80PLUS PLATINUM
    - Intel Core i5-10400F (2.9 GHz / 4.3 GHz)
    - SAMSUNG SSD 970 EVO PLUS M.2 PCIE NVME 250 GB

    very disappointed

Motherboard difficult to launch. An extreme hardware check sequence that prevents any progress or video feedback to indicate possible problems.
Two memory banks that don't work. I'm glad this motherboard supports dual channel, but 4 Corsair single channel memory banks that work on a Gigabyte do not work on this ASROCK. A single strip that works in B2 does not work in A1 or A2, but works in B1!
A USB 3 port that can't even power a USB extension cable. I had to change the USB 3!
No indication of non-booting with MBR because the motherboard only supports GPT. Reinstallation of the system!
No video if memory or boot problem!
A very lax socket. I found myself with the processor badly placed. What's the point of putting in deception devices if it's only for the hardware to wander around!
I had a problem with graphics recognition on the first installation, stuck in 800x600. I switched to 1920x1080 in standard Microsoft driver on the second installation
Motherboard sent back! I'm going back to Asus, a safe choice, except for rare exceptions
