Can't be used for videoconferencing
The quality of this product is good (sound and ergonomics), but there is one flaw that I find unacceptable: the headset and microphone switch off (independently) if they are not used for 60 seconds. During a video, if you haven't spoken for 60 seconds, the microphone is muted, so you have to switch the headset off and on again (and therefore mute the headset for a few seconds) to be able to speak (very annoying for you and the people you're talking to). Same thing for the speakers, if you speak for & minute without being interrupted, the headset sound will be muted, and you'll have to start up again if you see that someone wants to ask you a question
It's the same for online tutorials: if you pause the video for a minute, you have to turn the device off and on again each time.
The same applies to all the brand's headsets (information obtained from Spirit of Gamer support).
