    The product does not allow protected content (e.g. Netflix) to be viewed.

    Choose an adapter that complies with the HDCP standard.

    The HDCP standard enables HDMI equipment to view copyright-protected content. It is an essential but little-known standard, and all current components comply with it (from the motherboard to the screen itself).

    The product does not comply with this standard. Viewing protected content instantly turns the screen blue. I then have to deactivate the external screen on my PC, then reactivate it.

    All I have to do is move a piece of the Netflix window onto this screen to completely disable it. Very disabling.
