Frankly, it's great, I've been using it since July 2020 and I've never had a problem.
I plan to buy the same one again soon.
I was looking for a large capacity to store my games in addition to my 860 QVO 4TB where I store my photos, video and software, too bad there is no 16TB version, speeds as per specifications. I received it quickly in the shop as usual. I've been using it for a while now, but it's not working, and I've been using it for a while now, and I've been using it for a while now, and I've been using it for a while now, and it's not working. I'm not sure how much it costs, but I'd rather order from LDLC because I know there are no surprises and I have a shop near me.
I was looking for a large volume to put in the laptop to store my projects and those of my clients. This is perfect. And it's quiet too. Replaced a Seagate Barracuda 2TB HDD that I renamed Boucanrudda (I have another older PC with 2 Samsung 2TB HDDs, I can't hear them).
Now it's total silence. I took a second one as an external backup in an LDLC case for 7mm HDD, the case is barely thicker than my wallet, 8TB in the pocket, the space/price ratio is better than USB sticks with a real transfer rate. Mounted under Linux Mint 19.1 as a data drive. The delivery time is exceptional and should be recorded in the Guinness Book of World Records: 21h30 between the click of the order validation and the handing over (mine) by the delivery man, without any particular request from me, come on, let's all get up for LDLC.
I was able to reorganise my data spread over several HDs and in the end I removed 2 HDs and gained in performance (SSD great for photos & video)
