This is the second helmet I have, as the first had several problems, so after-sales service:
The battery no longer worked.
The pads were torn, revealing an unpleasant yellow foam.
The microphone worked intermittently, sometimes well, sometimes badly, for no apparent reason.
The sound changed frequently, sometimes high, sometimes low, at random...
The headphones are comfortable, robust and sit well on the head.
The sound is very good, and the headphones' passive isolation works very well.
The wireless system works very well and the range matches the specifications.
The microphone also works very well.
For a wireless headset, I was worried about in-game latency. Although there must be some, I didn't mind.
It's heavier than a wired headset, but it wears very well, all day long.
The 5.1 sound is excellent, although it is simulated.
The range is good for brushing your teeth ^^
After several months of use, very satisfied!
The battery lives up to its reputation: I use it 12 hours a day and yet I only need to recharge it once a week!
The sound is very good, as is the microphone. The range is good and the software works very well too.
The only drawback, but it's possible that it's due to my installation, the sound can skip for a second and then come back, it's a bit annoying but in truth nothing too disturbing.
Good headset with good sound and microphone, only the on/off button is not intuitive, while the sound volume is very well placed on the right earpiece.
Let's start with the delivery
Ordered on Tuesday 6th, received on the 8th so very good.
The packaging is always top notch.
I'm used to a sennheiser GSP 600 headset, but I'm disappointed with the comfort of the 370. It's good but at ear level it's complicated. I don't know if it's a question of habit but for the moment it's not great.
The microphone? It's simple, I feel like I still have the 600. I'm not sure if it's just a boom mic, but it's good enough to talk on the discord or in games.

Very comfortable headset, so much better than the Artics 9 from S S which I only kept for a week (actually from the first day I knew I was going to send it back)
Very good sound quality and microphone.
And the most incredible is the autonomy, playing every day I lasted more than two weeks, and I play quite a bit..... The 100 hours announced are respected. The steel series for example is 3 or 4 hours max....

Easy to install and use.
Be careful to remove the dongle before software updates.
Positive points :
- I've been wearing glasses and there is no discomfort or pain with this headset, even after several hours of wear;
- sound: nothing to say, several modes are preset (game, music, film) thanks to the Epos software. And it is possible to create new modes;
- microphone: mute by raising it
- works with a usb Bluetooth dongle;
- battery life: perfect, the headset lasted 1 month without recharging with frequent use for games / movies.
- Headset management software: intuitive and easy to use.
Negative points:
- the 7.1 surround: I have not (yet?) seen the difference when it is activated or not (maybe a bad setting);
- no controls on the headset except for the volume and the microphone (not really a negative point, rather a statement).
I am 1 month into my use and am fully satisfied with this headset and highly recommend it. No regrets in my purchase.
