The ASRock Z490 AQUA motherboard is a high-end motherboard for power users and hardcore gamers. It features a liquid cooling system (to be connected to an existing watercooling system, not supplied) and aluminium heatsinks for exceptional cooling performance. The E-ATX form factor with 3 PCI-Express 3.0 x16 ports (16x or 8x/8x or 8x/8x/4x) supports 10th generation Intel processors on socket 1200 (Comet Lake-S), DDR4 RAM up to 4700MHz (OC mode), SATA 6Gbps and M.2 drives (SATA 6Gbps or PCI-E 3.0 x4 NVMe). Equipped with a 6 AX Wi-Fi module and a 10 GbE network controller, it promises formidable network performance in both wired and wireless modes. In terms of design, the ASRock Z490 AQUA motherboard is compatible with RGB LED components (ASRock Polychrome SYNC and ASRock Polychrome RGB technologies), in addition to the "armour" aspect of its in-house "watercooling + aluminium heatsinks" cooling system.

AQUA Armor
The AQUA Armor cooling system is a little wonder that will allow you to do without a CPU cooling system. The CPU waterblock offers exceptional cooling performance, regardless of the processor used. Finally, the chipset cooling section and the aluminium heatsink design ensure that the card does not overheat.
Unique configuration thanks to RGB LEDs
With ASRock Polychrome RGB technology, design your own custom lighting system to achieve a unique look. The motherboard has 4 LED connectors: two RGB LEDs and two addressable LED connectors to connect your RGB LED strips and fans. To configure the backlighting, the ASRock Polychrome RGB utility can be downloaded directly as well as from the ASRock Live Update tool or the APP Shop!
6 AX Wi-Fi and 10 GbE connection
The Asrock Z490 AQUA motherboard features full wireless network connectivity. You have an Intel module capable of handling Wi-Fi a/b/g/n/ac/ax Dual Band to improve the quality of Wi-Fi reception and to be able to play smoothly without fear of disconnections. A 10 GbE controller if you prefer to use your RJ45 cable.
