It will allow you to compose a configuration Gaming It will allow you to build a configuration with the latest technological advances: PCI-Express 4.0 for graphics cards and M.2 SSDs, management of 128 GB of DDR4 RAM and complete network connectivity with a 2.5 GbE network controller, Wi-Fi AX and Bluetooth 5.0.
MSI's Enthusiast Gaming motherboard range ushers in a new era in the world of gaming. With a unique look and a host of features that are each more powerful than the last, these gaming motherboards are designed to deliver an experience you won't soon forget.
MSI's MEG X570 ACE motherboard features a number of technologies to optimise cooling. For example, the Frozr heatsink on the X570 chipset incorporates a fan that stays off when the system is not under load. M.2 SSDs are protected by M.2 Shield Frozr heatsinks, which provide additional cooling capacity for better throughput.
Connect RGB LED ribbons to your PC and synchronise colours and effects with compatible devices using a single application: Mystic Light Sync. This application allows you to instantly customise the look of your PC by choosing from a wide range of colours and lighting effects. You can change the colours via the Mystic Light app installed on a smartphone or the Gaming App installed on the PC.

Works out of the box with AMD Ryzen 5000 CPUs, perfect for hosting AMD's most demanding CPUs
Aesthetics: it's beautiful, it's well finished, you feel you're getting value for money.
Overclocking: coupled with an AMD R9 3900X processor, this motherboard does not flinch. I am pleasantly surprised by the low temperatures on the VRMs, even after overclocking. The heatpipe on this board must be a big help. This is something that can be appreciated especially during long 3D rendering or video sessions, which put a lot of strain on the 12 cores of the processor.
RAM support: my configuration is mounted with 64GB of RAM (G Skill Trident Z neo 3600mhz CL16). The memory sticks go up to 3600mhz via the XMP profile, and this without any difficulty. It's stable.
Another very nice point:
The chipset fan can be deactivated via Bios if necessary. Because although it is quiet when running, it is not inaudible either. Purists will be able to hear it.
10/10 when I opened the box I was completely bluffed by the quality of this CM, nothing to say it is superb.
10/10 the number of M.2 slots and the perfect placements
10/10 the positioning of the components
10/10 the RGB ( the choice of colour, the effects .. )
10/10 SOFT ( Mystic Light, Dragon Center ... )
1010/ perfect placement of the connectors
So many things to say about this CM, MSI have literally blown it out of the water!
Having waited for the Ryzen 3000 to finally change my i7 2600k dating from 2011, I decided to go with the Msi X570 Ace as a motherboard after scouring various sites to know the characteristics, certainly it is not the least given but several points made me lean in favor of this one:
- More than satisfactory connectivity
- Aesthetics of the most beautiful effect without leaving in the abuse of Rgb
- Quality of manufacture (just look at the materials to be satisfied)
- Fan that doesn't stay on 24 hours a day (even in games)
- Convincing cooling system (coupled with a Meshify C and various fans)
It was easy to install all the connectors thanks to the supplied booklet (it had been 8 years since I had assembled a PC)
After two months of use I have no complaints, no problems found, no problems with the bios or the bios upgrade either.
I recommend this card without hesitation.
Aesthetically, nothing to say, it is superb.
For the assembly I had to wait for the ML240R offered and there it was frankly long. Besides, it's not easy to mount and I don't know how to manage the colours from the MB. It's quite complete and for the moment it's quiet.
Coupled with a Ryzen 3600, 16GB of Vengence pro RGB (can't figure out how to dissociate them in the MSI software) and an RTX2080 Gaming Trio from MSI as well, in a phanteks evolv X, I can say that it runs well.
ok for the moment, didn't dig into the settings for OC yet, but it looks and feels good and the features are very complete with a plethora of pci lanes and ports, beware of the M.2 slot screws which are a bit fragile for my taste
Easy to flash and the bios are quite intuitive, just a little downside I couldn't find the option to boot on anything in particular other than changing the boot order
I chose this product for its socket compatible with the Ryzen 7 3700X and for the Frozr heatsink technology which proved to be a real plus to keep the card cool despite the temperature given off by the processor. On this point I am more than satisfied.
On the performance point, the card meets my expectations for a gaming application (full ultra 4K).
Here are my negative points:
- The bundle is a bit light for my taste (all my previous cards from the competition were better provided), I would have appreciated that the screws for fixing the card are provided. But the bundle is still ok.
- The Frozr fan, although very efficient, is very noisy when running at more than 65% of its capacity.
- I was not able to re-install all my hard drives (this is probably due to the presence of the 3 M.2 ports in return).
Here are my positive points:
- Remarkable efficiency of the Frozr heatsink.
- Functionality of the debug code indicator (it was very useful for me to understand the crashes I had due to instability of my PC).
- Location of the connectors on the card. I had no problem to aesthetically connect all the connectors (fans/USB/SATA/enclosure...).
- Overclocking is very easy thanks to the adjustment button directly on the card.
- The BIOS is ergonomic and easy to use.
Conclusion :
Excellent product for gaming applications, complete satisfaction in my case.
I bought it at the beginning of the week, and it was delivered on time.
The motherboard is as I expected, the finish is perfect. I was able to plug in my two M2's, mount a ryzen 9 and 12gb of ram it's just royal.
First of all. Thanks to Ldlc for the fast shipping, the packaging is just beautiful, we can't wait to open it, well protected, with all the info on the back of the box, especially the RGB, slots, ventilation, boot range, antenna of the future. Wi-Fi /bluetooth, two USB 2.0 ports, 2 USB 3.2 Gen1 ports and lots more. What more could you ask for. A purchase I don't regret, just have to assemble everything and we can test the beast.
I can't talk about the stability at the moment, I don't have the time for that.
The bios is already at the 3rd revision since the release 3 weeks ago, so the follow-up is there.
The packaging comes with 4 sata cables, 3 Y for RGB and the Wifi antenna.
The finish of the card is very good and quite design... matte black it looks great.
For the RGB display on the CM, I thought it was just LEDs but in fact it's a mirrored glass panel with the RGB system behind.
The M2 shields are nice, there are 3 slots, it's great... They make the look homogeneous however my gen 4 ssd uses its own shield, more imposing so I don't dare make the switch.
The top heatsink can be annoying if you have a compact case with TOP watercooling as it is about 3 cm on the CM profile.
The error display and connector panel are very clean.
The dual bios and the update button can be appreciated.
No noise so far but I'm not on a loaded configuration yet so the chipset shouldn't get hot.
There is a Zero noise mode (zero Frozr), to check when it will be possible.
The connectivity is rich as you can see in the details.
It's a pretty good product, to be reviewed when the Ryzen 3000 support will be optimized but for me it's one of the best choices against the competition which is not necessarily silent about this x570 chipset.
