AXIS Q3515-LVE Vandal Resistant Fixed Dome can withstand harsh environments thanks to its waterproof protection against snow, rain and glare. With its superior sensor combined with Forensic WDR, Lightfinder technology and OptimizedIR illumination, the camera delivers unmatched video quality in all light conditions. Electronic image stabilisation is essential for stable and smooth video under shaking conditions. This camera provides redundancy between Power over Ethernet and DC power. Video analytics, supervised inputs and digital outputs complete the monitoring functions.
Excellent image quality even under difficult conditions
AXIS Q3515-LVE delivers unmatched video quality. With its Lightfinder function, it delivers vivid colour images in low-light conditions. The OptimizedIR function ensures high quality video with very little noise, even in total darkness. Finally, Axis Zipstream technology preserves important details and ensures maximum image quality, while reducing storage and bandwidth by half. In addition, AXIS Q3515-LVE offers a wide range of viewing angles with a standard lens (3-9 mm) and telephoto options (9-22 mm). AXIS Q3515-LVE is designed for excellent reliability in harsh conditions and climates. It can withstand extreme temperatures from -50°C to 60°C (-58°F to 140°F). It is equipped with waterproof protection against sun, rain and snow, and its IP66, IP67 and NEMA 4X ratings protect it against water, corrosion and dust. Electronic image stabilisation improves video stability when the camera is subjected to vibration. The camera is also vandal resistant with its IK10+ rating. In addition, the redundant power supply with two DC inputs and Power over Ethernet ensure that power is maintained in the event of a power failure and that critical surveillance tasks are backed up.
Additional functions and simplified installation
For proactive monitoring and resource saving, it comes with pre-installed AXIS Guard Suite analysis tools. Its two configurable input/output ports can be connected to a variety of sensors, such as smoke and glass detectors, or to devices that control lighting, doors, etc. You can also use the video overlays to add information such as alarm information or external data, such as a weather report or the status of a flight in an airliner. Installation and maintenance of AXIS Q3515-LVE has been greatly facilitated by a number of useful tools, such as the upgrade wizard, automatic rotation, remote zoom and focus, and image straightening. AXIS Q3515-LVE also offers versatile cable management and optional connections for an alternative conduit.
