Living life non-stopDeco is the complete Wi-Fi solution for the home that includes a high level of security. It provides a fast, uninterrupted Wi-Fi connection to every room by leveraging the AC2200 Wi-Fi boxes to generate coverage throughout the home. Deco is also easy to configure and upgrade as you add new devices to your home. ART automatically chooses the most efficient path for all devices in your home based on the location of each Deco unit. No matter where you are, you will always have the best possible connection, via a single SSID (network name). Whether it's 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz, ART puts your devices in the right group depending on the type of device and what you use it for. With ART, you are free to move from room to room while watching, listening, surfing or downloading with this unified Wi-Fi connection. |
Wi-Fi and security for the whole house.HomeCare relies on Trend Micro to protect every device connected to your network from over 100,000 new security threats per day. AV-TEST, an independent testing institute, ranked this antivirus first in the categories of protection, performance and ease of use. This Deco-based software processes nearly eight billion URLs every day that can affect Wi-Fi enabled devices such as computers, smartphones, smart locks and IP cameras. When new malicious URLs appear, they are blocked within 15 minutes. A three-phase defence system blocks malicious threats and phishing sites, learns to stop attacking traffic and isolates infected devices. To better protect your network from viruses and malware, Deco automatically updates itself and provides powerful and easy-to-use parental controls. |
Let Deco take care of the installationTheDeco* mobile app goes beyond Wi-Fi. The app gives you the ability to manage priorities between different devices to optimise speeds, all from your smartphone! It is available for free on Google Play and App Store.

The installation was very quick thanks to the dedicated application ...
For 170 m2 and problems of wifi coverage that could not be solved with a repeater, I now have a wifi network accessible from everywhere with a good speed ....
My parents live in a large farmhouse with walls over 60cm thick. I had tried many systems to allow them to have internet everywhere but always with drawbacks. I put 1 Deco M9 Plus in each corner of the house on the ground floor. Since then I have had internet without loss of speed throughout the house, even on the first floor, and the devices automatically switch to the best terminal so there is no downtime when surfing on Skype.
I've been using the app to configure the 4 boxes on my livebox for less than 30 minutes. I have been using the app to control the remote boxes all over the world as well as the prioritisation of the clients. If I have a problem I can reboot the system remotely and even upgrade it. My parents have nothing to do. If I want I can create remote guest networks.
The only downside is that there is no external antenna that can be directly associated with the M9 plus... I have put external EAP-225 outdoor antennas that work perfectly, but there is no MESH function, so you have to manually switch your device to these networks once outside. A small software upgrade to add them to the MESH network of the M9 would be nice.
