Hardware OK, customer service ZERO
I was very disappointed with the customer service and the double talk. I was very disappointed by the customer service and this double talk. I was sent a first email to ask why my parcel has not moved (payment confirmation) for 2 days.
The first response was that shipping to overseas is more complex.
A second email is sent after 4 days (working days), I am told that my order is divided into several packages.
After a call to customer service, I was told that it was a Velcro tape that was being sent (inter-depot).
5 days later (i.e. 10 days after the payment of my order), there are email exchanges telling me that it is the Google Chromecast that is being restocked!
The order finally leaves 12 days later, and I receive everything in one package.
I can understand that there is a delay, but that the customer service lies several times, it's shameful!
