The DPE-301GS Gigabit PoE+ Splitter provides a Gigabit connection and high-power power to existing devices that do not support PoE, by separating power and data from a PoE source. Compliant with PoE standards 802.3at and 802.3af standards, the device is capable of turning any device into a PoE device allowing you to install your non-PoE device almost anywhere in a building, as no power outlet is required.
Remotely connect and power a wide range of electrical devices with the DPE-301GS. The DPE-301GSprovides up to 5VDC, 9VDC or 12VDC to better meet the needs of multifunctional surveillance cameras, 802.11ac wireless access point, network switches and security equipment.
With built-in overcurrent protection and a high-performance DC/DC converter, the DPE-301GS offers short-circuit protection to prevent damage to the connected device.
Network administrators can use the DPE-301GS to deploy wireless access points and network cameras in hard-to-reach locations such as entrances, rooftops, ceilings or any other location away from a power outlet. This means that administrators can place network devices where they will be most effective rather than settling for less attractive locations due to limited power availability. Avoid using unsightly extension cables or incurring the work and cost of installing new electrical cabling.

I'm not sure what to say about the site and the delivery, especially since I picked it up in the shop.
