CORSAIR a must at the expensive price but does the job with a silence that justifies its price.
I would recommend
Phew, I didn't get a PSU like Yannick D's, which certainly worried more than one, including me.
But no. The one I received is impeccably packaged, the cables are well arranged in a bag, and the size fits exactly in my Be Quiet! 802 case (which has the reputation of being non-permissive if the size standard is not exact to the mm...)
It supports a Gigabyte Aorus Master 1.2 motherboard, AMD Ryzen 5950X cpu, ASUS 6900XT gpu, and 128Mb of G.skill Ram.
The fan barely turns, the sensors and graphs tracking the activity of the elements give everything well within the green.
The price difference between the 1000w and 1200w is low enough to not deny yourself the comfort of power.
Great, I bought two, the first one powers two graphics cards (rtx 3080 and 3070) + motherboards etc, and well complete silence the fan is off and doesn't heat up. The second one just powers three rtx 3080 graphics cards and the fan runs slowly and you can't hear it either. The cables are of good quality. The cables are of good quality and a small case is provided to store the cables.
Deep paint chips.
A new product that looks like a second hand product used by someone who doesn't take care of their equipment. The problem is that this power supply is sold as new but corsair doesn't care about quality.
I am 1 year into my 3 power supplies which have various problems.
I'm fed up with it.
I would like to have quality for the price. CORSAIR works like pigs.
I have been using my PC for the last couple of months and I have been using it for a long time.
I have not used my PC for almost 2 months because of the power supply.
I deserve compensation by getting a new power supply.
The problem is not with the packaging but with Corsair who reuse power supply parts that came back defective.
