Phone good. Cable to be reviewed
The phone works well and is very practical. The large buttons are perfect for older people (and the 2 memories M1 and M2 for emergency numbers).
Small disadvantages: the batteries were empty on arrival (how long has it been in stock?) and initial charge very long (probably needs replacing), for these same elderly people the phone settings are quite complex, the phone number is not displayed in full (only 7 digits).
The main reason why the rating is not maximum is the provision of a telephone cable with a non-removable F-010 (or T-socket or PTT breaker) socket, which forces the purchase of another cable with RJ11 sockets on both sides. This manufacturer has remained in the 20th century. Since 2016, RJ45 sockets are mandatory in all new and renovated homes, and the F-010 wall socket has been discouraged since 1994 in favour of RJ11. With the advent of BOXes and the scheduled end of the analogue network (PSTN in 2023), RJ11s are becoming the de facto standard. A cable with 2 RJ11s and, possibly, a plug-in T-socket on top would be preferable.
