We still have a landline, which is still useful for people who don't use a mobile phone or in case there are any problems with our services.
However, it has to be said that landlines are less widely used nowadays, so we needed a practical device with good value for money to replace our old one, which was having technical problems.
It's quite similar to its predecessor, and has the same functionality. Everything is detailed in the technical data sheet and the product presentation that the LDLC staff took the time to write for each and every one of us, so for all that, I refer you to this complete content, paying tribute to the LDLC teams in passing who are working to make the need to contact Customer Service or even search the internet for information on the item a less laborious experience. I have just one small comment, which may or may not be appropriate for everyone: the volume of the ringtone is perhaps too limited. There are only five (5) volume levels and for people with a medium to large home/office or with some hearing problems, this could represent a problem for the perception of ring tones. Overall, the product is really interesting. The design is modern and chic without being ostentatious, so it's sure to fit in with any interior. The base is very stable, so there's no need to add double-sided tape to hold it in place. The batteries are rechargeable and included, so just insert them, place the device on the base and leave it to work. Be sure to follow the instructions in the manual, which has a section in French. It may lack explanations of the function of some of the options, how to use and set them is indicated, but if you don't know what they're for you may need to look them up on the net.
