After four years of use more than light motherboard out!!! No more display with the first signs two years after purchase.
As I wrote a while ago, when you mounted the 2 extra SSDs, you wanted to keep the cables out of the tower to keep it "clean": as a result, the cables were too tight and were pressing on the SATA connectors of the 2 SSDs (disk D and E) and so these connectors were at an angle, which meant that one or other of the disks disappeared when the PC was turned on. I tried to reposition the SATA connectors, but with the cables pressing on them, they would disconnect more or less quickly. I ended up cutting all the cable clamps, putting the SATA cables through a different path so that the connectors of the 2 disks were straight! Now, no more worries!
I use this product mainly for administrative tasks as well as storing and/or processing photos and videos.
I am very satisfied with this product! I recommend it!
The computer is faulty very often. It regularly shuts down by itself, so we have to turn it back on again until the next time.
I gave it a second ram strip, and it works perfectly.
On the advice of a salesman, I bought this PC for professional use: invoicing software, email, internet, office automation...
It is very responsive and quiet. The only drawback is that the CD drive sticks when closing, you have to hold the door so that the tray can go in properly. The tower is a bit bulky. But the main thing is that it does what I bought it for!
Hello,
This computer is intended for personal use at home, office work, photo work, communication. It seems to be perfect for that.
I have two questions however:
- I did not see clearly that this computer had to be assembled on demand by you according to the order and therefore that the delivery time was important. Couldn't this appear more clearly?
- This order was accompanied by an order for an internal hard disk. This drive was installed in the computer tower as standard.
I don't remember asking for this, even though it was done for this purpose in the end. But what would have happened if I had needed it for another purpose...?
Sincerely
Guy H
Computer that does the job well.
I've got nothing to say about the speed of use, settings etc.
The only problem is the DVD player, I don't know if it's a fault in the assembly or the player, but it has trouble opening.
I recommend the product in any case.
the product: perfectly meets expectations
the after sales service: EXCELLENT
a few problems (which were not problems!!) during the commissioning
very good advice
Thank you and LDLC deserves the success

Corresponds perfectly to my expectations. Some problems following a Windows 10 update quickly solved thanks to the precious help of the LCDC advisers.
I am very satisfied with my order and the help provided by LDLC.
