The sound card works without a problem, the device is recognised as soon as the computer is switched on.
I bought this sound card after the sound management on the motherboard failed.
I had difficulties setting it up. Currently, it does not allow me to record the sound of my webcam when I speak. It is only used for the outgoing sound.
For the price I didn't expect anything exceptional, but it works fine, the only problem is the driver provided. It's old, very old. A little research on the internet and the latest drivers allow to have a much better sound quality, but it remains entry level.
In short, it helps.
I have a 15 year old motherboard (PCI slot) (2006) with a sound module that no longer works ("hardware" not found according to the OS), under Vista.
I'm not sure what to do with it, but I'm not sure what to do with it, and I'm not sure what to do with it, but I'm not sure what to do with it,
So it worked in 3 minutes, and as well as the jack outputs of a traditional integrated system (external speakers, auto detected headphones without the need for any adjustment)
Perfect sound card to replace the one built into my azus motherboard whose plugs were starting to screw up.
I couldn't install the driver from the autorun on the supplied CD. I was able to do it by fiddling in the card settings once the computer detected it.
