Overview

Elegance and compactness for performance

Elegant and compact, the Fractal Design Node 202 is designed to accommodate a high-performance system while taking up little space on your desk or in your living room. With its quality design and optimised interior space, it's suitable for assembling a classic desktop, a living room PC or even a gaming PC.

The Desktop Fractal Design Node 202 has a capacity of 10.2 litres and can be placed horizontally or vertically, thanks to the included stand. This makes it easy to find a suitable place for the case in your home.

Optimised interior in a compact and elegant housing

With a well-designed interior, the Fractal Design Node 202's 10.2-litre capacity easily accommodates high-performance components and efficient cooling. In addition, three dust filters at the CPU, graphics card and power supply block dust to keep the interior clean.

A separate chamber is provided for the graphics card. It has two 120mm fan slots to ensure good heat dissipation. This separation of the GPU allows the rest of the case to be spared from the high heat output of the graphics card. The ideal way to build a high-performance configuration!

Main features:

  • Compact desktop case (10.2 litres) for Mini ITX motherboards
  • Horizontal or vertical positioning (vertical support supplied)

    Super boiter ITX

    A good case for a real Mini ITX configuration with a sober and quality design; it is relatively well ventilated (especially for the GPU with 2x120 mm). It's a good case for a real Mini ITX configuration with a good design and quality; it's relatively well ventilated (especially for the GPU with 2x120 mm) and you need a good screwdriver otherwise it's a pain (hence the 9/10).
    A super simple assembly with a good manual but requires a good cable management (normal on a compact case of about ten litres).
    I hesitated for a long time and don't regret ATX formats and big cases.

    Beware of powerful CPUs that may get hot and need a good RAD vent, the height for this one is quite low, take the time to make the right choice of combination.
    With a R5 2600 with a B450I Gaming plus it is not bad at all.
    I'm not sure if it's a good idea to use an M.2 SSD because it's a bit of a hassle to get to the second SSD (GPU side) with all the cables.

    I'm not sure if it's a good one or not, but I'm sure it's a good one.

    PERFECT

    I love it. Office profile but with full graphics card option (just in case I ever want to play big games). I'm a beginner and this is the first PC I've put together. Very doable with Youtube tutorials, it's simple! Be careful to take a WIFI motherboard! The look is super classy and takes up a lot of space on a desk. I was hesitating with a mini PC like barebone ASrock to put a Ryzen but I appreciate the scalability and the fact that if a component dies, I can change it (my green side ^^). Accepts an SFX power supply !!! PERFECT and should be a standard for the Mini-ITX! It's great to be able to do without unnecessary cables in my case (SSD M.2 so no SATA cable and no graphics card, just processor and motherboard plugged in). I took the Corsair 450w, you can hear NOTHING except the game (with classy and ultra efficient Noctua Ventirad). I'm not sure if it's a good one or not, but I'm sure it's a good one, and I'm sure it's a good one. I'm not sure if it's a good idea to buy a 50 euro tower, but it's a lot less bulky and still upgradeable. The top would have been the all-aluminium (metal/plastic mix). I WARMLY RECOMMEND IT.

    Impeccable

    Impeccable. The finish is perfect. The case can accommodate a full graphics card and not just a low profile one like most of the other cases of this type. I just said goodbye to my xbox one.
    I really recommend it.

    nice little guy

    ========
    first of all what can I say about its look!
    sober but not bland, jacky pc tuning lovers, go the other way, in a word it is classy!

    interior
    =========
    it's small! but not too small. you can fit a 600W sfx corsair power supply, an AXP-100 thermalright fan, a GTX 970 or a 1070. the most tricky part is the cable management but it's doable.

    tip about the bottom filter (psu+gfx). At first sight you think erff it's a pain in the ass to take them apart and clean them. I'm not sure if it's a good idea to use the filters on the bottom of your computer in desk mode (flat) because they're magnetic! So you don't have to open the computer anymore (except for the CPU filter, but that's much easier).
