I have two copies of this power strip, and it fits the description perfectly. It can be used to protect all our high-tech devices, but beware of its imposing size.
Well, it's a power strip. A screen, a printer and speakers are plugged into it, plus chargers from time to time. And it works. I haven't had a chance to test the lightning arrester function, and I'm not particularly keen on it.
On the other hand, the switch seems a bit cheap. I have a similar power strip on another wall socket, and the switch gave out quite quickly (I couldn't turn it off), so I'm afraid I'll soon find myself in the same situation with this socket (it doesn't stop it working, but it's a pain to have to unplug when you want to turn everything off).
a little difficulty to insert the plug ... but it works! I'm waiting for lightning hahahaha! We'll have to work out how to connect a "Transformer" socket the small and big block ...
I bought this power strip after my previous one gave up the ghost, after about ten years of service.
This one does its job perfectly. I don't use the USB ports because it hangs on the back of a leg of my desk.
The storm hasn't hit the house yet, so I can't be sure how effective the surge protector is!
