Stream services are broken and lack of support by Roberts Radio
The product arrived in time with some hits but OK, LDLC service was good and responsive.
The problem is that the Roberts Stream 94i Plus has a major issue when trying to play some large playlists from, at least, Tidal and Amazon Music causing the device to crash every time you try to play them. This issue implies that the "Plus" feature is unusable so don't waste your money in this device.
Apart from this annoying malfunction, when you try to contact to Roberts Radio by support web or email anybody answers because they know the product is defective and probably they can't or know how to solve it.
