It's a good value for money PC, but it's a bit of a hassle to buy one of these.
In conclusion for a pc at 800 euros with a core i7 16 go ram and an ssd at 500go it's a good pc value for money.

The only downside is the visibility of the keys, perhaps something to get used to...

Perfect little laptop to replace my old computer which had become completely obsolete.

I am very satisfied with my purchase from LDLC.
I bought this laptop for my IT studies, and it's exactly what I was looking for. The processor allows me to run the necessary software without any problems. The battery life is just fine, allowing me to use it for around 4/5 hours. The only downside is the backlit keyboard, which 'erases' the writing on the keys when it's activated. The best thing about this PC is the 144Hz screen, which makes it really comfortable to use throughout the day.
The product is in order and was delivered quickly. Lightweight computer, relatively quick to get up and running for the first time.
I really have nothing to say about this laptop.
Great for working and playing heavy games.

I was really disappointed with this purchase. After a few days of use, it suddenly stopped working. I sent it back for diagnostics in the hope that it would return to me in perfect working order. The diagnosis revealed no fault. In the end, I bought it for nothing. It still doesn't work. Time wasted, return postage not refunded. No exchange offered.
Really disappointed with the site.
My only problem is that I can't see the keys with the silver keyboard.
Is there a solution? black keys to stick on? or something else, I have to admit it's a pain for me.

For office work, photography and artistic creation, it's more than good enough.
It's fast and efficient, and the keyboard is great with its three levels of lighting.
I'm really happy with it for the way I use it.

A high-performance PC ordered for a member of my family to use for office work, netflix and architecture software (envisionneer). It works perfectly, even for the 3D views of the architecture software, the gpu built into the processor is more than enough.
Clean finish, a little disturbed by the little 'Enter' key, but that's just a matter of getting used to it :)

2 points for improvement but critical:
The characters on the keys are not always easy to read depending on the ambient lighting, despite the backlighting on the keys.
Battery life a little short at first sight, to be confirmed according to use.
Well received, works properly. Fast delivery and well packaged. I just regret the choice of this computer, I should have taken another model, the visual of this model, colour, keyboard really badly backlit, is low-end unlike other Asus I had.
But as for the shop, speed, impeccable service.
To replace a small old PC. Adequate size. Not too heavy. Pleasant design.

The PC is very responsive thanks to its powerful processor, which means that it heats up during intensive periods, and the size of the RAM is comfortable.
The screen is very pleasant, fairly matt and almost as good as an OLED.
The 0 key on the numeric keypad is a minor drawback, and the power key on the keyboard could have been a nuisance, but the pressure is different, so the risk of pressing it is reduced.
Windows 11 is a real pain to get rid of, you have to wait 3 days to finally be able to finish the configuration because you need an email address and a password, which is a real pain to delete, and which is reset once the updates have been done (I'd forgotten it in the meantime), so it's a real pain to be almost obliged to have an email address and a password, it's really unacceptable. The file size is only in KB, the right mouse button has been redesigned and has become a gas factory.

I have no feedback yet on the product itself, which is working at the moment (received a few hours ago).
However, I'm disappointed that I paid 15 euros for the delivery of the packaging, which was very thin and flexible (it could be crushed if I put weight on it), and that there was no "callage" paper inside the parcel to prevent the PC box from moving around during transport. I hope this won't have any impact on the device's performance.
it's a pleasure to buy on LDLC, it's fast and the staff in reception are available in case of problem, as soon as you call them they pick up and help you for everything you want. I like this site, except that you deliver too expensive in Guyana, I hope that one day it decreases.

No problem, it's stable and fast. The weak point is the graphics card I think, but in my case, it's not important.
The site offers a very good overview of the various laptops on the market, at unbeatable prices. As for delivery, the parcel arrived in just three or three days in perfect condition. The laptop itself is really excellent and matches the description from A-Z.
Good processor and fast, but the keyboard isn't easy to use and is badly lit. What's more, the keys are engraved in a colour that's hard to see. In short, you spend your time looking for characters other than those in the alphabet.
A computer that really corresponds to what I was looking for. A practical format, a present quality for a relatively affordable price. In its use, the job is done without any problems. Very pleasant to use.
I took an i7, thinking that it would not run as hard as an i5.
The fan is always on, very noisy PC, I only use it for online poker.

My old PC with an i3 from 2011, to which I had replaced the hard drive with an ssd, gave me more satisfaction in terms of noise.
The keyboard backlighting isn't great at all.
It heats up using 30% of the processor resources.
At the time of writing, I've only got the brave browser and 3 tabs open, and it's ventilating pretty hard.
Really very disappointed, never more asus for a laptop.
Good product, as described. powerful processor for office tasks, decent screen, solid structure. good deal for the price.
