Twice the product was delivered to me damaged in transit. The first time the tile was broken, the second time a hole in the box caused me to refuse delivery.
Ldlc followed up the case and replaced the product within a week of the incident being reported.

The only downside is that once the basic settings have been made, you have to go on the internet to find the instructions for use... having it in paper format at hand would be more practical.

Bought it to replace a 24" LG TV in my room. It really does the job.
Very easy and quick installation (DVB-T only - no streaming service used).
