I ordered a 1TB CRUCIAL disk. Unfortunately this disk had a defect, which caused me to lose an Office 2021 Pro licence. I returned to my favourite brand SAMSUNG and there happiness. Perfect SSD, works very well, fast, everything I needed. I will never try another brand again... I will stay with SAMSUNG.
Used to boost the capacity of my gamer laptop. Very responsive, easy to assemble and set up.

The cloning software supplied by sansung doesn't work, it doesn't recognise the new ssd lol, you have to use a third party software, I'm not very happy.
Super well packaged product, no problems with installation and works great so far. No problems at all and it has improved the storage capacity on my PC. Would definitely recommend.
Bought to replace a 2.5" HDD, Samsung's software for transferring data to the new drive is easy to use, everything works perfectly and much more quickly than before, so it's a very good buy.
This SSD is light, not bulky, screwless and has all the features described.

I've been using this laptop for a long time now, and I'm very happy with it. It is fast, the keyboard is comfortable, the numeric keypad on the touchpad is quite practical and the connectivity is perfect for connecting old peripherals in VGA. The sound is also very good. I added a 1T hard drive (SAMSUNG SSD 870 EVO 1 TO 2.5 SATA) bought on LDLC, the installation is easy and everything works perfectly. I have not yet been able to fully test its autonomy but there should be no problem because its characteristics are well above my requirements. It only has to fulfil its role for the next 10 years as did my old ASUS (which still works.... at its own pace!!, it has taken its place next to the TV and serves as my media centre).
The ssd is a very good performer, a bit expensive for the price, because nand TLC memory and not QLC which has a lesser endurance. I'm taking away 2 stars because the packaging was in a large cardboard box with the ssd box and a coolmaster pc power supply without any paper or cushioning product the two fought a duel between them during transport so packaging products crushed ++ during transport!

The product is as described, no worries about the assembly. The samsung cloning software is very easy to use, even for someone who doesn't know much about it (like me). This 1Tb ssd was immediately recognized by the Windows 10 boot and did not pose any problem for the installation. I would recommend this ssd.
Unfortunately bought after its price increase (140€ at the time of purchase February 2022), it is a bit expensive.
Bought to replace an EVO 750, from the same brand, at the end of its life, the manufacturer's cloning program is perfect to switch from an old HDD/SSD to a new one from Samsung. Very easy to use.

I have been using the Samsung EVO series of SSDs for years, both for my own use and as an advisor on the use of reliable and fast media. Whether it's upgrading laptops, desktops or expanding storage capacities... These SSDs are always there. A little more expensive than the competition, but still a great value!
