After trying everything in terms of drivers / firmware / etc.. I saw that the tech forums were reporting quite a few technical problems with this headset...
They're not lying, this headset works and connects "when it wants to"...
It's a shame because the sound wasn't bad and the software wasn't too bad...
I bitterly regret this purchase...
A poorly made helmet, I wouldn't recommend it.
After barely a year's use, I had to return it to the after-sales service because the plastic at the junction between the earcups and the headband had cracked. The new one I received in exchange now has exactly the same problem after 3 years of use, although knowing its weakness, I paid particular attention to it.
No spare parts to be found, as the ROCCAT brand no longer exists as it has been bought out.
Have you always dreamed of having a headset that's just for looks? You can go for it because that's all there will be on it, no sound coming out of the headphones despite the fact that they are switched on, plugged in and battery charged!
I bitterly regret the purchase of this headset, refund as soon as possible.
The headset is well made, the design is really good, the sound is good but the microphone is bad, my friends on discord say they can't hear me but otherwise I'm still a fan of the design and it's still a good headset

Very very special ROCCAT Swarm software.
I'm not sure how much time it takes to synchronize the headphones with the dong on the pc. the software is terrible in terms of adjustment. i miss my turtle beach.
I'm a very good product and the sound is very clear (I'm not an expert user for sound).
I would have to review the synchro of this headset which is really a vomit
I have mixed feelings about this helmet.
The sound is good, the autonomy is good too.
The big dark point is that for communication the voice is not very good.
Whether it's Discord or TS.
When I record my voice with the voice recorder it is perfect.
But on TS and Discord, the microphone picks up almost nothing except my mid-sentence which makes conversations impossible.
For the price of the headset it's a pain in the ass that it has good sound but a lousy mic.
The headset is quite good with a good sound and a good autonomy. Beware however if you have glasses the headset serves the head quite badly.
The Swarm software is not incredible: bugs, translation errors, sound settings sometimes not taken into account.
I think it's a headset but not worth 100€.
The headset software is not working properly, so I tried a reinstallation as indicated by Roccat support. Now it doesn't work at all and the support is giving me the runaround. So I have (almost) no control over the headset.
This headset has everything a gamer could want, the sound is great and you can set it up with the software.
