Ever since fibre went up to 2Gbs, I've been looking forward to upgrading my towers with this type of extension, and it does exactly the job. Frankly, having a 250Mb/s local network is a real life-changer!
Does its job. For a LINUX-only configuration (I7 + 128GB memory), I have 2 networks, one ISP and one personal. Works very well for the moment.
I am satisfied with the fast processing of my order, however I have to remove two stars.
The product I received has already been opened, the original electrostatic packaging was already open, it was cut, and not even straight, so the product has already been used.
I bought this product on the advice of an LDLC technician, whom I would like to thank again for the time he took to help me. I followed the link he sent me, and nowhere did I see that this product had already been opened.
What's more, the original box was wrapped in cellophane film like food wrapping film, so thank you for the "sneaky" aspect of this.
As I won't be able to assemble this product before Monday 16 October, I hope it will at least be functional.
This kind of situation has never happened to me before with LDLC!
EDIT OF MY COMMENT:
After contacting LDLC, I returned the product with a pre-paid LDLC voucher.
The network card was to be exchanged, but in the end LDLC reimbursed me for it.
All of this has been sorted out very correctly.
A plus for this seller site on which I will continue my next purchases with confidence.
