Used to replace a RAID0 HDD, the SSDs were also placed in RAID0. Performance half that of my HDDs.
250MO/s for the HDDs, 110MO/s for the SSDs, 900MO/s for the MX500s replacing these BX500s. The RAID configuration remained identical with these 3 different media, and the tests were carried out with the same files to simulate daily use.
I wouldn't recommend this model, given the difference in price and performance, the MX500 is better value for money.

A basic SSD that does its job perfectly. If you want a cheap quality SSD, this is the one. Crucial is a good brand. Very fast and easy to use and install.
If you want a 2.5-inch SSD that's a bit more upmarket, go for the MX500, which has better components. But if you have an M.2 port available on your motherboard take an m.2 SSD (a Crucial P3 or P3 plus), same price and better!

The computer detected the SSD but was unable to display it, a setting is required.
By replacing the HDD in my old computer with this SSD, I've got a machine that performs even better than when it was new. All this for a very reasonable price. The HDD was cloned perfectly thanks to the software supplied.

Performance as described, I took 2, bought to install games on 2 old PCs from 10 years ago, at the time I bought them it was the cheapest 1TB, now the price has dropped.
I swear by this brand for SSDs. And this time, well, I received a defective product: very slow disk, write errors, Windows ended up crashing when I did a bad sectors scan. In short, I'm not telling you everything, what you have to remember is that I couldn't do anything good with it.
I sent the product back to LDLC, and it was replaced. I'm not sure what to do with it, but I'm sure it's a good idea to have it replaced.
It's a very good value for money, in my opinion.
